Kristina (Master Artist)
Since 2003, I have been dedicated to my passion, making people beautiful. I feel extremely grateful that I can use my art to change someone's life simply by changing their hair.

I take a personal approach to hair by understanding and listening to my guest's needs and creating looks that are truly customized. I take pride in my work and am very thorough from the consultation to the finished look. I value attention to detail, that is why I am trusted by my clients. The integrity of the hair is the foundation for beautiful hair, so it is vital to guide your clients in the right direction to create styles that won't damage the essence of the hair. I also believe it is important to make the style easy for clients to do themselves, so I consistently work to educate my clients how to style their hair at home.
Throughout my career in the salon, as a seasoned stylist, and educator, I am inspired by learning and passionate about giving back to other stylists through education. Well knowledged in a wide range of hair techniques including precision dry cutting, razor cutting, fine hair styling, coloring, multi-foiling and Keratins. I take pride that my capabilities are versatile.

With over two decades in the industry, Milla sees hair as more than just a style, it’s an emotional expression. A recognized curly hair expert, she has pursued extensive advanced training over the years, allowing her to develop her own signature dry-cutting technique specifically designed for curls. Her approach honors each client’s natural texture while teaching them how to confidently style and care for their curls at home. From transformative pixie cuts to men’s and children’s hair, and from dimensional highlighting to seamless grey blending, she creates balanced, long-lasting shapes and luminous color. Every appointment is both an artistic collaboration and an educational experience, empowering clients long after they leave her chair.
Milla currently splits her time between a Davines Signature Salon in Brooklyn and the Frisco, TX area. Her career includes working throughout Florida and New York City, where she trained under the renowned John Sahag team, earned razor certification with Nick Arrojo, and collaborated on runway and editorial projects with Christo Curlisto and the Sahag team. Her time working editorial in New York and backstage at New York Fashion Week sharpened her ability to create elevated, camera-ready results under tight time constraints and the exacting standards of the fashion industry. These experiences refined her precision, efficiency, and composure, qualities she brings to every client. Milla considers her clients her greatest teachers, continually evolving her craft while delivering hair that feels effortless, modern, and distinctly personal.

Avery is an experienced colorist who exudes approachability, technical confidence and grace.
She successfully blends an extensive background in color theory with a keen ability to listen and connect with her clients to deliver hyper-personalized hair enhancements and transformations. Her work is grounded in strong technical training, including advanced cut and color education through Aveda and Paul Mitchell, along with mentorship from respected artists in the industry.
After relocating to DFW in 2018, Ashley expanded her craft into men’s hair, developing a signature style that blends precise barbering.
Today she works with both women and men, offering dimensional color, seamless hair extensions, polished updos, and modern cuts tailored to each client’s features and lifestyle.
