Since 2003, I have been dedicated to my passion, making people beautiful. I feel extremely grateful that I can use my art to change someone's life simply by changing their hair.

I take a personal approach to hair by understanding and listening to my guest's needs and creating looks that are truly customized. I take pride in my work and am very thorough from the consultation to the finished look. I value attention to detail, that is why I am trusted by my clients. The integrity of the hair is the foundation for beautiful hair, so it is vital to guide your clients in the right direction to create styles that won't damage the essence of the hair. I also believe it is important to make the style easy for clients to do themselves, so I consistently work to educate my clients how to style their hair at home.
Throughout my career in the salon, as a seasoned stylist, and educator, I am inspired by learning and passionate about giving back to other stylists through education. Well knowledged in a wide range of hair techniques including precision dry cutting, razor cutting, fine hair styling, coloring, multi-foiling and Keratins. I take pride that my capabilities are versatile.

With over two decades in the industry, Milla sees hair as more than just a style—it's an emotional expression. She believes in the power of a great haircut and/or color to boost confidence and bring joy. Her expertise spans a broad range of services , from curly hair and pixie cuts to men’s and children's hair. Specializing in dry cutting methods, she uses tapering techniques to create balanced, long-lasting looks. Additionally, in lightening hair through various highlighting methods, blending or covering grey, and achieving an effervescent glow with color applications. She also provides guidance on maintaining styles, ensuring clients can keep their hair vibrant between visits.
Milla currently splits her time between serving clients at a Davines signature salon in Brooklyn and the Frisco, TX area. Her experience includes working in Sarasota, Manhattan, and Brooklyn, as well as freelance work in a range of locations. She has trained under the renowned John Sahag team in New York, earned razor certification from Nick Arrojo, and honed her skills at New York Fashion Week and various photoshoots, further enhancing her ability to deliver stunning results efficiently. Milla considers her clients her greatest teachers, constantly learning, evolving, and eager to continue growing in her craft.
