Loyalty Points Policy

Salon Le Volume may implement a points system utilizing Vagaro's built in features for earning and redeeming points.  The following terms apply to Salon Le Volume's loyalty points program:

• Any points system is administered solely at the discretion of Salon Le Volume.
• Points have no cash value
• Points may not be used for "partial redemptions"
• Points may not be used by one customer to pay for services for another customer
• Points remain active and available to use as long as a customer has earned or redeemed some points within the last 12 months.   If a customer has not earned new points or reedeemed existing points within the last 12 months then all points earned greater than 12 months ago may be removed from that customer's account
• Not all providers may accept points at all times.  Check in advance or call the salon to determine if your provider accepts points redemptions.
• The number of points required to redeemed for services or products may be changed periodically at the sole discretion of the salon
• The number of points earned for services or products may be changed periodically at the sole discretion of the salon
• Points are only earned for cash and credit card payments for services and products paid directly to Salon Le Volume.
• Points may not be adjusted when a price adjustment is made at the point of sale according to the functionality of the POS system.
