About Our Services
LEVEL PRICING
Our pricing is structured based on the experience, education, and demand of each stylist. This tiered system allows us to match you with the right stylist for your needs. For some services, pricing starts at a base rate, and we offer a complimentary hair consultation beforehand to assess your specific needs and provide a clear quote, ensuring no surprises at checkout!
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Life happens—we get it. Whether it’s a last-minute work meeting, a sick kiddo, or something unexpected, we understand that sometimes you need to reschedule. Out of respect for our stylists' time and other guests who may be waiting for an opening, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
Salon Le Volume requires a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $25 fee.
- No-shows or missed appointments will be charged a $65 fee.
To uphold this policy, a credit card is required to reserve all appointments. You will not be charged until your service is completed, unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies.
Running late? Please let us know. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show.
